Not sure what to do for your child’s upcoming birthday?

At Blackwood Recreation Centre, we are here to take the hassle out of organising a birthday party. We offer 2 fantastic party packages that are sure to keep the kids happy, active and entertained. Choose between our Rollerskating Party Package or our Gymfun Party.

Our range of convenient facilities and helpful staff will ensure your little one’s special day will be stress free.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Parties often book up to three months ahead of time. Please book well ahead of time to avoid missing out.

Rollerskating Parties

Enjoy participating in our public Roller Skating sessions on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. From 3:00 – 5:00pm, our supervisors can teach basic skating skills to ensure everyone has both a fun and safe experience.

The Rollerskating Party packages are:

Private Party Room Package:

• A private room with tables and chairs provided
• Use of kitchen, including oven, microwave and utensils
• Party invitations to send to your guests – download and print via pdf links
• Party room available from 2:30pm – 5:30pm, Saturday and Sunday.
• Minimum of 10 participants

Stadium Party Package:

• A cordoned off section in the stadium just off the skating rink with tables and chairs provided
• No access to kitchen facilities
• Party invitations to send to your guests – download and print via pdf links
• Party room available from 2:45pm – 5:30pm, Saturday and Sunday.
• Minimum of 10 participants

GymFun Parties

Come have some fun with our Gym For All Coach. Learn some Gym skills and have fun at the same time. These sessions are ideal for children aged 5-12 years.

The Gym sessions are on Saturday mornings from 11:00am-12:00noon.

The GymFun Party Package Includes:

• Supervised activity session
• Party initiations to send to your guests – download and print via pdf links
• A private room with tables and chairs provided (available from 10:00am – 1:30pm)
• Use of the kitchen, including oven, microwave, fridge, pie warmer, kettle and utensils

Parkour Parties

Come have some fun with the team at the South Australian Parkour Association. Learn some awesome skills and have fun at the same time. These sessions are ideal for children aged 7-13 years.

The Parkour sessions are on Tuesday afternoon/evenings from 05:30pm-06:30pm.

The Parkour Party Package Includes:

• Supervised activity session with qualified instructors
• A private room with tables and chairs provided (available from 5:00pm – 7:30pm)
• Use of the kitchen, including oven, microwave, fridge, pie warmer, kettle and utensils
